1.
ADD-A-ROOMS: Home built add-a-rooms are not permitted. Factory-built screen porches and add-a-rooms may be permitted with prior approval.
2.
BEACH: The beach, which includes the diving raft and cribbed swimming area, is unsupervised. Persons using the beach do so at their own risk. Campfires, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, boats, canoes and pets are not permitted on the beach. The beach is closed between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

BICYCLES: Persons operating bicycles on park property must wear helmets. Bicycles operated in an unsafe manner will be confiscated and returned when the owners leave the park.
4.
BOAT AND UTILITY TRAILERS: Registered boat and utility trailers are to be stored in designated areas. They must not be left on trailer sites.
5.
DAMAGE: Users are to pay full cost of damage to park or equipment that is caused by them, members of their group or their pets.
6.
DECKS AND SHEDS: With the prior consent of park management, decks built of solid wood or plywood and small metal sheds may be permitted on seasonal trailer sites. No fridge's permitted on decks.

DOCKS: Swimming, tubing and water skiing are not permitted from or near the docks. Dock renters must provide their own bumpers and devices for securing their boats to their docks. Boats including canoes, are not to be left on the shore.

FIREPIT AND FIREPLACE ASHES: Clean ashes (no tinfoil, cans or glass) from firepits or fireplaces are to be placed on one of the designated piles for ashes. It is not to be put into dumpster or in the forest.

9.FIRES: Campfires must be kept small and away from buildings, underground service lines and trees. Campfires must be extinguished completely before being left unattended. Burning of leaves and brush is not permitted.

FIREARMS: Firearms including pellet guns and air rifles are not permitted or to be used anywhere on the park property.

FIREWOOD: Firewood for use in firepits may be purchased at the store. Park trees and shrubs are not to be cut down or damaged.
12.
FIREWORKS: Fireworks are not to be set off on park property except under the supervision of park management.
13.
GARBAGE: Garbage is to be put in plastic bags and placed in the containers provided. Dead leaves, brush, cardboard, propane cylinders, ashes and construction material are not to be put into trailer.
14.
INSURANCE: Cedar Haven Park insures its own property. It does not insure the property of its customers. Trailers and boat owners must carry adequate insurance on their own property.
15.
LIABILITY: The owners and staff of Cedar Haven Park do not accept liability for injury of any kind resulting from the use of the grounds and facilities of the park and marina, nor do they accept responsibility for the damage or loss of personal property brought into the park.

MARINA RENTAL BOATS: Marina rental boats, including canoes and pedal boats are not to leave the dock unless equipped with oars or paddles, one life jacket per passenger, a bailing can and a marina safety kit. Marina motor boats must not be operated by persons under 16 years of age. Marina boats including canoes and pedal boats are only rented to persons age 19 or over. Boats must be docked in designed dock slips and are not permitted near the beach.
17.
MOTOR VEHICLES: Only licensed and insured vehicles operated by licensed drivers are permitted on park property. Mopeds, mini-bikes, motorcycles and ATV's are not to be operated on park property. ATV's used by park staff only exception.
18.
NOISE: Loud noise is not permitted at any time. Sound systems are to be controlled so as not to disturb others. Power tools may only be used for short periods of time and never before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. or on a Sunday. Customer-operated chain saws are not permitted.
19.
PAYMENTS: Seasonal charges are to be paid by cash or cheques, other charges may be paid by cash, cheques, Visa or debit. There is a $30 charge for cheques returned by a bank. Unless otherwise arranged, all rental payments are to be made in advance. Where warranted the park may refuse to accept cheques or credit cards. Three percent (3%) interest is added to accounts on the day after a payment becomes due and monthly thereafter. RV units, trailers, boats and motors brought into the park are not to be removed until all charges have been paid.
20.
PETS: Seasonal guests may bring quiet/gentle pets into the park. These pets are not permitted on the beach, in washrooms or in the recreation centre. Pets must be kept on leashes and pet owners must "pick up" after them. Pets must not be left unattended in the campground (ie. tied up at campsite without responsible adult present on the site). Pets can be left inside your trailer unattended. Pets are not to chase wild animals.
21.
PROPANE: Only regulation propane cylinders having a capacity of 40 pounds or less are permitted. Propane cylinders must be securely mounted on trailers or barbecues.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. each night except Saturday night when they are from midnight to 10 a.m.
23.
SALE OF TRAILER OR BOATS: Trailers and boats are not to be sold or advertised for sale while located on park property or docked at one of its docks unless management acts as sales agent.
24.
SEASONAL GUESTS: Campers are responsible for the observance of the campground rules personally or by their immediate family members, guests, visitors or other persons attending at the seasonal guest site or in the campground with the occupant's permission or knowledge.
25.
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: Occasionally there may be interruptions in park water, sewer or electrical services. Such problems will be corrected as quickly as possible. There will be no adjustments in rentals because of such interruptions.
26.
SEWAGE: Sewage including grey water is not to be discharged from trailers onto the ground or into pits. Such items as sanitary napkins and diapers are not to be put in toilets or the park sewage system.
27.
SITE LANDSCAPING AND IMPROVEMENTS: Seasonal guests are encouraged to improve their sites through the planting of trees, shrubs and flowers. However, no major alterations are to be made to trailer sites without the prior consent of management. Trailer sites must be left in good condition when vacated as they were when first rented.
28.
SPEED LIMIT: The park speed limit is 10km/h.
29.
SUBLETTING: Trailer sites and dock slips are not to be sublet.
30.
TAXES: All taxes imposed by governments are added to customer accounts even if the tax is announced after initial registration.
31.
TRAILERS: Trailers brought into the park to be parked seasonally are to be professionally-built, in good condition, equipped with camper-type toilet (or not toilet) and not over the size limit for the site rented. Some types of recreational units may only be brought into the park if obtained from approved suppliers.
32.
TRAILER SKIRTING: Only professionally-made trailer skirting or lattice is to be used to skirt trailers.
33.
TRAILER SITES: Only one family unit with one tent or trailer may occupy one trailer site. Extra tents/dining tents cannot be left standing seasonally.
34.
TREES AND SHRUBS: Trees and shrubs, dead or alive, are not to be cut down or damaged. Nails and similar objects are not to be put in trees.
35.
VISITORS: Visitors are to leave the park before 11 p.m. Fees for overnight visitors are to be paid in advance.
36.
WATERFRONT: Cedar Haven endeavors to protect the waterfront. No trees or shrubs within 25 feet of the waterfront is to be cut down or trimmed without approval of the park manager.
37.
WATER SERVICE: Subject to weather conditions, water service is turned on the second Friday of May and turned off the first Monday of October. Hoses are not to be used for watering grass or washing vehicles.
38.
WATER SKIING: Water skiing is not permitted from or near docks or the swimming area.
39.
WINTER STORAGE: Contact management to arrange for winter storage. The only items to be left on the site during the off-season are a registered trailer, a deck, a shed, a small wood pile and a registered boat and motor.
40.
YOUTHS: Youths under the age of 19 are not to stay in the park unless accompanied by their parents or guardians or obtaining the prior consent of the park manager.
41.
PARK SERVICES: If anyone is using additional equipment such as electric heater, electrical water heater, washer or dryer, air conditioner, electric stove or extra fridge without having arranged for this service at the extra charge which applies, will be issued notice.
42.
CAMPER RULES: Campers who fail to abide by or abuse the park rules and fail to co-operate with management of Cedar Haven Park will receive notice to leave.
